We work with a single supplier — a family-run mill that knows every metre of what it produces. Long-staple fibre, traceable harvest, nothing blended with synthetics to cheapen the metre.
The first sample arrived too soft and gave way on the first tension test. The fourth had the right hand-feel and an open weave. The seventh faded in the control wash.
The ninth passed everything: twist, shrinkage, colourfastness, seam strength after two hundred simulated washes. That's the one that becomes an overshirt.
