Returns

We accept returns for any issues with the item within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item must be in their original condition and must be completely unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer must bear the transportation cost for the exchange.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
All items are final sale and may not be exchanged.
Each piece is made to order, especially curated for each of our customers and takes between 2 to 3 weeks to craft. This is because we believe that our customers deserves to embody the confidence of knowing that they are adorned in something truly exceptional and unique, crafted especially for them. That way, when you receive your MMARO trousers, you will be confident that that item was made for you and only you, with all our dedication and precision.
