Refund policy
All items are final sale and may not be returned.
Each piece is made to order, especially curated for each of our customers and takes between 4 to 30 hours to craft. This is because we believe that our customers deserves to embody the confidence of knowing that they are adorned in something truly exceptional and unique, crafted especially for them. That way, when you receive your MMARO trousers, you will be confident that that item was made for you and only you, with all our dedication and precision.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns but we do accept exchanges for any issues with the item fit within 14 days of receipt of your order. The trousers must be in their original condition and must be completely unworn.
The customer must bear the transportation cost for the exchange.
MMARO reserves the right to refuse any exchange on items that does not meet the above requirements. If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
