How long does delivery take?

São Paulo city: 1–2 business days. Other state capitals: 3–5 business days. Countryside and North/Northeast: up to 8 business days. Your tracking code arrives by email as soon as the piece leaves our atelier.

Is shipping free?

Yes, across Brazil on orders over R$700. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout by postal code (CEP).

How do I know my size?

Every product page includes a size guide for that piece in centimeters, measured flat. If you're between two sizes, write to us with your height and measurements — we'll point you to the right cut.

Can One of a Kind pieces be restocked?

No. Each one comes from a single Madeira embroidered cloth found only once: there is one unit, in one size. Once it's gone from the site, it doesn't come back.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, in São Paulo, by appointment. Write to shop@mmarostudio.com and we'll arrange a time.

How do I care for the piece?

Wash less, in cold water, inside out, with a neutral soap. Dry in the shade. Heavy twill and embroidered linen age best with less water and less heat.
